Each year, approximately 1,600 runners, walkers, families and supporters come together in Burlington to continue Terry Fox’s incredible legacy and raise funds for cancer research.
For many, the Terry Fox Run is deeply personal. Participants walk and run in celebration of cancer survivors, in support of those currently facing cancer, and in memory of family members and friends they have lost.
Whether you run, walk, volunteer, cheer from the sidelines or simply come down to experience the morning, everyone is welcome to be part of this meaningful community tradition.
This year, the Burlington Lions Club will also be helping bring music to the waterfront, with local musicians performing along the promenade and creating an uplifting soundtrack for participants as they make their way through the park. If you are interested in performing please…
